This beautiful and rustic shepherd figurine is carved into a single piece of olive wood with a sheep over his shoulders. It was hand crafted in Beit Sahour near Shepherd's Field by artisans in Bethlehem. *Olive Wood has many beautiful shades and grains, from dark to white and from no grain to fully grained. 2. **Hebron Fire & Earth**: Hand-blown Phoenician glass and hand-painted ceramics from the last family workshops in Hebron, utilizing techniques refined over five centuries.
3. **Bethlehem Olive Wood**: Carved from the prunings of ancient trees, ensuring the tree's health while providing livelihoods to the Holy Land Handicraft Cooperative.
