Christian Fish Olive Wood Keychain | Hand Carved from Bethlehem
Christian Fish Olive Wood Keychain | Hand Carved from Bethlehem
This hand-carved olive wood fish keychain holds deep cultural and religious significance, making it a meaningful keepsake. The fish, an important symbol for Christians, is intricately carved from the wood of Palestine's lifeblood - the olive tree. This keychain merges two key Palestinian symbols, the fish and the olive tree, into a unique and symbolic accessory. Prunings extracted from olive trees in the Bethlehem and Jerusalem area are aged for three years and then shaped into the mineral oil-finished stirring spoons, honey drips, and lemon squeezers seen in these photos. Dimensions: 6.5 x 2.8 cm | 2.55 x 1.11 in *Olive Wood has many beautiful shades and grains, from dark to white and from no grain to fully grained. All purchases from Handmade Palestine support fair trade artisans sustaining their livelihoods and we donate profits from every purchase to a local not-for-profit to plant trees and protect Palestine’s environment.

This hand-carved olive wood fish keychain holds deep cultural and religious significance, making it a meaningful keepsake. Prunings extracted from olive trees in the Bethlehem and Jerusalem area are aged for three years and then shaped into the mineral oil-finished stirring spoons, honey drips, and lemon squeezers seen in these photos. Dimensions: 16 x 4 cm | 6.3 x 1.57 in *Olive Wood has many beautiful shades and grains, from dark to white and from no grain to fully grained. Freekeh | Hearty & Wholesome
Freekeh | Hearty & Wholesome
Freekeh, also known as green cracked wheat. It is an ancient Palestinian tradition where the wheat is harvested early while in the milky stage, at the peak of its nutrition, flame-roasted, sun-dried and then crushed. Canaan farmers grow landrace wheat varieties that have been cultivated and passed down through generations in Palestine. Freekeh compares well to other ancient grains that are high in nutrient content like quinoa and wild rice delivering more in fiber and in protein. Freekeh has a unique hearty texture for a grain when prepared like rice or soup. Canaan freekeh is flavorful with hints of smoky notes. This comfort food will leave you feeling warm and at home. Serve it alone, as a salad with fresh vegetables and dried fruit, as a wholesome soup, or together with roasted vegetables, meat or seafood. Ingredients: organic green wheat

Our Agricultural track is not merely trade—it is the restoration of the primary relationship between the people and the land. By communicating the "Truth" of the Palestinian earth through its ancient cultivars, we ensure that the source remains unshakeable.THE PILLARS

Their resilience is our resilience; their cold-pressed oil is the literal transformation of the Palestinian terrain.2. **Regenerative Organic (Canaan)**: Moving beyond the limits of fair trade into total ecosystem restoration. Our process heals the soil of Jenin and Nablus, ensuring that the land remains fertile and sovereign for the generations to come.3. **Handcrafted Heirlooms**: Hand-rolled Maftoul and flame-roasted Freekeh produced by women's cooperatives using heirloom landrace wheat.
