Prunings extracted from olive trees in the Bethlehem and Jerusalem area are aged for three years and then shaped into the mineral oil-finished stirring spoons, honey drips, and lemon reamers seen in these photos. 3. **Bethlehem Olive Wood**: Carved from the prunings of ancient trees, ensuring the tree's health while providing livelihoods to the Holy Land Handicraft Cooperative.
